Guest Access

During your stay you will have exclusive use of the entire room, the only area shared with the owner is the hallway. To reach the rooms on the second floor you have the option of using the stairs or the lift.

Extra costs to be kindly provided at the check in:



• Cleaning fee: 50€ total per stay

• City Tax: 4€ per adult, per night

• Late Check In cost: 50€ (7.00 pm - midnight)



Damage costs

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused during your stay.



Parking

We offer to our guests a new Luxury and stress free service of Car Valet with pick up and delivery of the car at the property. The car will be parked in an outdoor/indoor private parking with 24h surveillance.Anytime you need the car during your stay you just need to call the parking staff 30 minutes in advance you need the car for and it will be delivered to your place. Cost is 25€/night for a Car and 35€/night for Vans.
