「For our extended family, this was a fantastic property: superbly equipped, very comfortable beds, spacious accommodation and with ample space to suit everyone's needs. The welcome pack was much appreciated and the pool facilities and on-site restaurant made keeping the grandchildren occupied, as well as meeting the adults' needs. As a very minor issue (which did not detract from our overall experience), some areas would benefit from being refreshed.」

「The location is fantastic, with the views looking out over the lakes. The facilities at mill village are too few for the number of homes. We could not get booked onto any tennis courts, the swimming pool was always fully booked and the cafe/restaurant always refused to serve as 'over busy'. The shop, it's not really a shop to be honest didn't sell milk or bread, resulting in a 10 minute drive to a local village. 「Stunning lodge in the most beautiful setting. This was our third visit to Lower Mill Estate. Coot Lodge is a very spacious 3 bedroom lodge - with double height living accommodation, huge decked area, with bbq. It’s close proximity to the spa and pool made it super easy to walk to. Lots of towels and clean bedding. We were spoilt for board Games. The property is so lovely that we didn’t really want to leave to go anywhere! We would highly recommend and would book to visit again.」
