「We didn’t stay for very long, but the room was clean and beds comfortable. It took a while for our room to warm up, which was a little annoying as we arrived at the hotel very late. However, the gentleman at reception was helpful and managed to sort it out from reception . The staff were all lovely and, as mentioned in previous reviews I’d read, the breakfast was great! Overall a nice and comfortable overnight stay」

「Nice and comfy great staff and plenty of local amenities」

「L.ovely home. Mary made our check-in smoother. She helped」

「Excellent hotel, 10-15 walk to airport and NEC. Excellent breakfast great choices friendly staff」

「Staff throughout the stay and property were very nice friendly and helpful. Parking onsite....always a bonus. Breakfast was OK maybe more selection for the continental. Room was pleasant. Only real downside was the noise in the room. We stayed two nights and both mornings were awoken 4am and 6am by a droning sound in the room from above. We did advise a staff member after 1st night but it was still there on 2nd night. Could have been from air conditioning on roof maybe whatever it was it...

「We stayed to go to a wedding at the Manor over the road. (Really handy to be able to walk to that). Unfortunately we didn't get to use the pub except for breakfast in the morning which was really good, but the pub looked good. Rooms were clean and cosy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice sandwich shop/deli 2 doors down. Some early morning plane noise (under the flight path to Birmingham airport?), so if you are a light sleeper it might be worth bringing earplugs. Nice place...

「Very outdated and bed too small for 2 adults / broken in the middle」

「Excellent place. Loverly staff. Excellent food. Great accommodation . Beautiful position . Loverly location . Would highly recommend this lodge to anyone . We will definitely go back there . Thank you to all the staff very friendly and bedroom very clean .」

「Parking good, friendly」

「2階に宿泊しました。一階パーティー会場からベッドまで振動が伝わる爆音が鳴り響き、ゆっくり出来ませんでした。床も汚く不衛生です。二度と宿泊しないです。」
