Live your best vacation with starting your morning off with a cup of coffee sitting on the top balcony enjoying the view of the ocean or step right out of the door and be on the beach for a walk and looking for the sea shells. As the day goes on you will see pelicans glide across the ocean. For entertainment there are many restaurants and bars. Fishing pier is 3 miles away. Ride or walk down to the inlet where you can drive on the sand

great location right on beach for elderly fishermen. n just steps away from surf. only complaint= need a coffee maker with more than 1 cup capacity.

Excellent location!

Right on the beach! It was 10 steps to the beach and less than a minute drive to the ORV inlet. We are fishers so we loved the convenience of walking out the door early in the morning or late at night for a surf fish and barely driving to the drive on beach. We spent 95% out on the beach so it was nice and to have instant access to the house if we needed anything. I think we might have been first renters so i imagine there will be slight improvements to some things as more renters come through. And I mean little things, like stuff left behind that is just convenient. We ended up leaving behind for kcups, and trash bags, and a few condiments. Easily had 3 parking spots for us, and no issues parking. Grocery store was close, kayak launch was close, fun little tiki bar was close. Pier was close. Couple fun little restaurants were close. Property owner was incredibly easy to get a hold of and communicate with. Not to mention very responsive to needs/questions. We don’t have any complaints.
