"I have a weak back so the firm mattress was super helpful and gave me a good night sleep before a hike the next morning. There is a balcony but no view which was a bit disappointing. However, cleanliness of the room and wood floor (rather than carpets) made up for it. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay there again if I am ever in that area in the future."

"We enjoyed our stay for two nights. Great location, easy to walk to downtown. . The family cats were very friendly as were the deer, that were in the yard seemingly every time we were outside. We only had breakfast one day as the other day we left early. I don't recall being asked or informed before what the breakfast options were, since there was only one, it didn't matter. Breakfast was fine, with sausages, glass of OJ, fruit cup and a toast frittata and was served to our room. There were nuts on the frittata so anyone with a nut allergy should be aware. We stayed in the Stirling room with a King and queen bed, perfect for our family. The room has large book shelves and antique furniture. The room also had a small outdoor patio as well. Great "extra space" with a garden table and 4 chairs. The only not-positive comment is that the room could have been cleaner. There was notable dust on the bookshelves and in the corners of the room."

"We enjoyed our time at the Casita. The hosts were very welcoming and glad to point out things to do. The weather was wonderful so we spent the bulk of our time outside enjoying the fresh air.Thanks again to our hosts."

"The cabin is wonderful. It nestled among big beautiful pine trees with a large deck. The cabin is perfect for a nature getaway for hiking, camping, and so on. The cabin is clean, and has all the amenities: wifi, heating/air, and kitchen. The people in the area are welcoming and the host is on top of everything. You will love this place!"

"The house was great for the 10 of us. Lots of room, comfortable beds and many useful kitchen appliances. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the TV room. Nice being able to do our laundry. The house was well supplied. Since the house is well off the main road it was quiet and the and the dark sky was wonderful!"
