「The Morar Hotel offers easy parking and amazing views. It’s located only a few minutes from Mallaig and the ferry/train. Staff is friendly. The property itself is older and walls between rooms are thin; however the value was good for the price of room. They do offer single rooms that face the water—a bonus for a solo traveler. There is a restaurant onsite that was very good.」

Dinner and breakfast were both incredible. The room was clean and the views were stunning. One of the more expensive stays we had on our trip but worth every penny… my wife and I will remember this as the highlight of our Scotland trip.」

「knoydart is not a guest house, there is no common room, the accommodation is a room with ensuite. although there is tea and coffee facilities in the room there is no breakfast served. the host is very helpful but finding early morning breakfast is not that easy. we enjoyed our stay but if you desire more room to lounge and breakfast this may not be your choice.」

「Good communication from the owner before we arrived. Property was an old cottage, but quaint and clean and had everything we needed except milk or sugar. The washer and dryer was a bonus. 」
