「The pub and restaurant are closed from Monday to Wednesday, but, the rooms are available, but, the breakfast is available, if you are staying there. The Inn is surrounded by beautiful scenery, and ample parking. The transport links are excellent to Huddersfield and surrounding areas. Julie, the host, is very nice and knowledgable about the area, who also cooks a very good breakfast. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, very spacious bathroom with a lovely selection of toiletries. ...

「Hotel itself was little old but it's all cleaned well and the room was spacious. Staff are super helpful and fulfilled all my needs, very professional and gentle. Location is 10min walk from station and easy access. Overall it's a great place with good value. I'll defnetely stay again. 」

「Lovely large bedroom, massive bed! Clean bathroom, a little on the small side but ok. Quiet at night. Restaurant food very good fish and chips delicious with mushy peas, curry and tartare sauces. Breakfast buffet style- all hot and plenty to choose from. All in all a very pleasant stay.」

「Great - clean and not too far in a taxi from Sowerby Bridge (steep incline if walking!)」
