「Wonderful hotel with great rooms. Easy access to a lot attractions in Pigeon Forge, and great amenities like the pools. Highly recommend!」

「I had a reservation through Expedia for 3 nights unfortunately I got sick running a fever had to check out early When I checked out I told the hotel clerk why I had to check out early. I asked for a receipt he told me I’d have to get it from Expedia I asked again and he refused to give any documentation So Apple Valley Inn refused to give me a refund for having to check out early because of my illness That’s cold hearted. Thanks for nothing Apple Valley Inn」

「とても良かったです。」

「Spacious room with kitchen and balcony. Enjoyed the fire pit too.」

「Thank you for a wonderful stay! Everything was great, clean, comfortable, and very nice. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We would love to stay here again!」

「I had to kill about 5 stink bugs in the room, they kept getting in from somewhere, that was rather annoying, but not as much as the AC not working and the property knowing about it because they had put in a box fan and portable heater in the room for use before I even got the room. So there is no telling how long that has been going on. The conjoining room door is not insulated well at all, I could hear the neighbors entire conversation even with the tv on. It is an ok room if you want to save...

「We tried to check in an hour early and we’re told there were no clean rooms. We had an early show and wanted to get settled before the show. Our bathroom sink drained very poorly. Our smoke alarm went off at 11 at night. Maintenance came to fix it and after he left it went off again. He came back and put a new alarm in. Buffet breakfast was just ok. Would not stay there again」

「Great location . Staff was nice and helpful . Typical breakfast. Room was small but had hot water !」

「Very clean nice rooms」

「I think it’s a great place to stay. Convenient location near most things to do. The place was clean and the staff was friendly.」

「Our room was on the first floor. The floor felt damp and gritty. The bed and sheets also felt damp. Breakfast was good. Location was good.」

「This is our 2nd experience with an obvious assignment inferior if booked through a 3rd party such as Expedia. The place was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again but not book through a 3rd party.」
