「Property and Condo were well kept. Condo was very spacious. Beach was a short distance. Loved the place. Pool was very small but ocean was close. Could not have asked for a better place.」

「We loved our stay here! The location was perfect! It is a quick walk to the beach and walkable to multiple restaurants and shops. We loved having the pool at the house (which doesn’t seem the norm on Tybee). Amy was very communicative and responsive. The house is older so it has its quirks (walk through 1-2 bedrooms to get to other rooms, window air units) but it had everything we needed. For a big group I would bring extra beach towels but they had floaties for the pool and a wagon to take...

「This house was perfect for us. The fenced in yard was a huge plus as we were traveling with pets. They were able to burn off some energy in the yard. The house was exactly as the pictures showed and how the listing was described. The location was good too. Walking distance to the beaches and main downtown area. We also took advantage of the short drive to Savannah for some tours and food. This house was a great home away from home and we’d recommend it to anyone traveling with kids and pets....

「Missy has done a wonderful job with furnishing, decorating and providing awesome amenities. It was so nice having a golf cart, kayaks, and outdoor shower. We especially loved sitting on the dock and unwinding on the swinging bed in the screened in area. The area was very quiet and felt secluded. We enjoyed our stay celebrating our anniversary! 」
