「Bring food if you want to use the kitchenette! There is complementary breakfast included with the room aswell.」

「Great owners, the room needed some updates, but it was clean. We had one issue and contacted the front desk (owner) and it was taken care of within minutes. Not only did he take care of the issue he thanked me multiple time for letting him know.」

「This was a nice property with a beautiful view, balcony, and walking distance to downtown. Breakfast staff were helpful and friendly.」

「Decently priced, clean rooms . My favorite little hotel in Florence Oregon」

「The property looks nothing like the pictures. The establishment has been neglected and not clean. The staff was extremely rude and when we told them we would not be staying there she yelled at us and followed us to the car yelling that they were charging us anyway. I would not recommend this location!」

「I loved the ocean front room with patio. We initially had a scheduling issue come up, and the manager worked with us to rebook our dates which we really appreciated. We paid a bit more to switch our dates, but I was expecting we would need to forfeit the full cost, so we were grateful for the opportunity to reschedule.」

「Rodent droppings, and squeaky noises over night.」
