「The facility and room were lovely, but the check-in process didn't go smoothly. When I provided my reservation name at the reception, they said they couldn't find any reservation information. The reception manager mentioned that they had encountered similar issues with Expedia before. After persistently requesting multiple checks, they eventually found my reservation, but the room wasn't ready, so we had to wait for over two hours. They offered dinner as an apology, but it was disappointing to...

「숙소는 코코마트가 가까워서 식료품 사러가기 좋았습니다. 몽키포레스트도 근방에 있습니다. 저렴한 가격에 침실이 2개였고 티비도 컸습니다. 매트리스는 크고 탄탄해서 안락했고 티비는 넷플릭스가 자체 계정으로 되어 있어서 제꺼 안사용하고 봤습니다. 에어컨도 2대라 빨래도 빨리 말랐어요. 주인 분도 굉장히 친절하시고 호텔과 다르게 발리 전통 가옥처럼 되어 있었어요. 굉장히 깨끗해요. 가격 대비 정말 넓게 쓰다 왔어요. 저는 적극 추천이며 다시 방문할 의향이 있습니다.」

「Beautiful property down in the jungle but with a gorgeous view of the rice patties from the top terrace. They even have a yoga studio with yoga mat and a couple weights to use on your own instruction. The rooms are very modern and clean I wish I had time to do the spa and sauna. Hot shower,clean pool, and great breakfast. The staff was sweet and attentive. Thank you for a wonderful stay! There are a few good restaurants close by too. 」
