It’s a hidden gem: peaceful, beautifully maintained, and perfect when you want a break from the more energetic parts of the resort. I loved being able to toss a load of laundry in and then relax by the pool with a drink while everything washed. It’s such a simple thing, but it made the stay feel incredibly convenient and thoughtful. Between the friendly staff, the gorgeous mountain views, and the mix of lively and low-key pool options, this resort really nails that balance of fun and relaxation. I’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone heading to Phoenix."

"Overall we had a good experience with our stay. One critique with room cleaning, was that the beds were not overturned every day unless we asked. Also, there was not much variety for breakfast. We had a hick-up when we tried to schedule facials and massages. I called to reserve two facials and two massages, the young lady on the phone for some reason assumed I was reserving one facial and one massage. When we showed up for our facials, we were told that only one had been reserved, and there was only one facial specialist on hand. So we had to cancel that. Also, they had to call in another masseuse. We did get our massages and we were very happy with them."

"Nice hotel but very tired, really needs a refresh. A whole bunch of rooms just look straight onto a wall of a carpark, so if views are your thing then this one might not be for you. Is super close to the airport though which is a huge plus."
