"Our whole stay our tv didnt work. And went to the office two three times in a day.... they didnt try really to even offer and other subject other options. They said someone was coming to bfix the tv and no one ever came"

"The house was falsely advertised as a 5 bedroom and it was 4, but only 3 of the rooms had beds; the 4th was converted to an office. The kitchen wasn't fully functional or stocked. The property wasn't well kept (spiderwebs/dusty and there was a roach issue). Although there was a garage and we had a vehicle, we could not easily access it. There was also a thermostat issue (it was set to turn off/on and we couldn't override). Lastly, although it says it now, the listing did not include that someone would be sharing the house with us. There was/is someone living in the basement of the home and we could hear him (and encountered him) when he went in and out of the basement."
