"I only stay here when I'm in town. I feel safe. The room is clean. I have never seen a bug. The shower pressure is amazing and the hot water is hot. There are plenty of channels to watch, the pool is clean, and the people that work there really are kind. The best part is they offer late checkout which I use quite frequently when I am flying. "

"Great stay. The pool was heated and open. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything was perfect except they would not give me a (one hour) late checkout even though the hotel was nowhere near full. They said they only would allow a 4pm checkout for $30 extra, and we were planning a visit to Stone Mountain for the afternoon. My grandson and I wanted to stay an extra hour to enjoy the beautiful pool. That would have been a nice touch. "

"To start off i arrived 2.5 hrs after check in fora 5 day stay. The room i was intended to go into wasnt clean and no ho use keeping servicesto do it., The elevator didn'tever work and i did not received a room checkbut one time in 5 days . The day i specifically asked for then i felt thequeen bed room there was only e /nough towels for 2 people and they were the little ones that required for each person. The hotel was very basic, not even drawers or a closet to put your clothes in, and the few coat hangers the room did have werent all there and couldn't hold much. there 5 days and received a room check up 1x and that was after i specifically asked for it to be cleaned"

"Website said there was a microwave in room. There wasn't. Room did not get cleaned. You had to ask to get it cleaned. It said it was a smoke free but smelled of smoke in hallway."

"There were homeless people everywhere. It gave serious criminal mind vibes. It didn’t feel safe and it was not clean. The bed frame was crooked. We had 2 rooms, and 1 of the keys didn’t work. Went to front office and they blamed us for the key not working, said we had it around our phones. She was extremely rude and did not want to be bothered at all. Gave us the same key back and told us to keep it away from the phones. I didn’t even have my phone out around the key card. Went up, and it still didn’t work. Went back down and she ended up giving us another room and key, and it still didn’t work. At that point, we were tired and exhausted and decided not to stay. Went back down to turn in our keys, and no one ever came out to get our keys. We just left the keys on the front office, took a picture of them turned in and left. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was creepy, dirty, and not a safe feeling at all. "
