"The half board Japanese meals were one of the best we have had. The onsen was fabulous, especially the outdoor part. Though I should have been mindful that the one called O was opened to public during certain hours. It was a bit crowded during those times. All in all, a lovely stay !"

"I have been other quite similar thermal resorts across Japan and this one was among the worst. Drink offering (only few items) in the onsens goes till 20:00, no ice cream, no other stuff that you can easily find after your onsen experience in other hotels. The staff, especially external staff (fortune teller) doesnt seem to care about its opening hours and leave hours earlier. A very big old building and that s about it."

"The staff didn't speak almost any English or Spanish. Only Japanese, and a tiny idea in English, that wasn't enough to answer or help with some things I needed. Besides that, which is very common in Tokyo (against most ideas that "everybody" speaks English, which is not true at all), the hotel was a real finding: comfortable (tiny room with everything needed), clean, well located for my needs, in a quiet area, right across the street from the Subway entrance. I would stay there again, considering that there is a 35 to 45 minutes trip to any of the central places I visited in my previous trip: Ginza, Harajuku or Shibuya are a little far. I didn't mind, but it may be inconvenient to somebody else searching for a centrally located hotel. This hotel is a 20-minute walk from the Senso-ji temple, which I believe is one of the most amazing things to visit in Tokyo. I enjoyed it a lot, and I would go back to this hotel just to be as close as I was in my previous visit. All in all, a great investment."
