Great staff, great facilities, excellent service!

Convenient basement connection to the subway and JR trains

Perfect for families. This location is right on the edge of lively areas but just a short walk to everything you want or need for kids and adults. The staff was also very helpful and we’re happy to accommodate every step of the way with the best attitudes.

Could not ask for a better location for our trip in Fukuoka in regard to location, comfort, and amenities. Our room was so spacious and comfortable. The lobby was also grand and had a wonderful fragrance. The hot water bath is also an amazing addition and we enjoyed it. Staff was lovely! Would love to stay here again for a future visit

This hotel is close to a major shopping mall and the Hakata JR Station (also a stop for the Shinkansen as well). The staff were very friendly and also very accommodating. The rooms were of decent size for Japanese standards. The room looked a little dated, but at least it was clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Very easy to get around and very easy to shop. We mainly go to the eating places.

In my humble opinion this is a 3 star hotel not 4. Don’t get me wrong, it’s clean & modern. Staff is friendly, but I noticed the walls in the room were dirty and scratched. Great centric location though.

Hotel Nikki is a good choice for its location. It connects to the Hakata station via P5 exit. Service is good but the design is slightly outdated.

We love the location, the staff, and the decent sized rooms here - we’ve tried a few other places in Fukuoka, but this is the hotel we end up coming back to

Excellent hotel with very nice buffet breakfast and a large public bath. Terrific stay and the view from the sky view was very nice. Quiet and restful throughout my stay. I would return again.

Great pr operty in an excellent location-amenities, staff and rooms all fabulous-my only bugbear to s the parking-T is a with a 3rd party operator and is supposed to be 200yen is using a ticket from the hotel-we parked at 1,35 and I specifically asked whether that was going to be ok and r whether we were going to get charged for 2 days and was told that was ok it would count as 1 day-I queried this a number for f times-sure enough we were charged for 2 days….

Nice large hotel with all the amenities. It’s been halfway updated as you will see by the yellow tubs and yellowy walls. Bed a litt flat for me but a nice room nonetheless
