"Room was extremely underwhelming for a 5 star property."

"A very cold room and don’t feel safe. The door faces a hallway but the hall way was in a kind open air hallway, the cold air comes through the door gap. No where to hang a towel and no where to put toiletries. The air conditioner is not working, when turns high temperature, the room never heats up, so at night it is so cold and hard to sleep. I would not recommend to anyone who basically wants a warm and useful room even it is cheap."

"Front Reception Staffs were uncooperative and unaccommodating during check in! They are young girls who behaves like spoilt brats! Totally disingenuous and contumelious! Unprofessional and disrespectful. Told us check in was 3pm but refused to keep our baggages. Do not stay here! Not worth risking the happiness of your family and vacation!"

"Very close to Ichiran and Don Quijote. Close to bus and subway stations. With combi and yatai stalls nearby. Can walk thru a shopping street going to Kushida Shrine and Canal City. Walking distance to Tenjin area. We even left our luggages after check out without any fee. Same with most hotels I’ve stayed in Japan not that spacious rooms. "
