"This was one of the only rooms available in town, so it worked. It was totally fine for two nights. While it was pretty clean as compared to similar class western hotels, it was pretty dirty and beat up for Japan. Would use again if in a pinch. Neighborhood is quiet but has some dining options and is close to a subway station. "
"Everything is excellent for staying.
Especially it is good for baby.
Weak point is extra payment.
I hope POS system is in the room for late check out.
Except upper weak point, Number one hotel in FUKUOKA."
"i like the place because it' s close to bus stop and Max value just next to the hotel. Only one complaint for the auto lighting inside toilet, if you dont move, the light will switch off. Overall, very good experience and i will come back again. "
"Exactly what I seek for, an apartment for a week stay with small kitchen, laundry machine and all I need to fell at home. The check-in is easy, but as it was the first time, I fell unsecure till get the room door open. Subway station is few minute walk. "
"Great stay. Generous amount of room compared to Japan standards. Walking distance to all major areas of town. Parkinf available in close proximity if required."

"Great hotel with an amazing location. Has a really fun atmosphere, with free happy hour drinks every evening, good music playing in the lobby, and a free Photo Booth. The room was comfortable, and as a bonus, the fan was really strong and I was able to hang dry my laundry in just a few hours. Only negative was that the room was quite dusty in spots, particularly beside the bed."
