「The room was a bit narrow, but location, amenities, and staff were all wonderful」

「Strong smell of mold in the reception area, really put me off. Not something I would expect from a hotel charging more than 20,000yen for a small single room. Check in staff unfriendly and unwelcoming as well. Very disappointing given the positive experiences I’ve had at other MyStays hotels across Japan.」
