"The Ryokan was even better than we expected. We had a private outside wooden onsen tub with our room. It was so soothing to soak in the morning and evening. The food was fantastic - we chose kaiseki each night. But the best thing was the impeccable service. Hung took good care of us all through our stay. Okasan in dining was great and funny. The front desk and shuttle drivers were so good as well. We intend to come back to this relaxing oasis"

As it was originally a bakery, the cookies provided in the room and the bread served at breakfast were delicious. The room was spotlessly clean, and the staff were attentive, making for a very satisfying stay. I think it’s the perfect hotel for solo travelers."
