"I loved all their clientele it was amazing, food was great facilities were very well maintained however rooms were very tight with my large size luggage and lobby located on 11th floor had plenty space to sit but no spot to sit by front on grand floor while waiting for taxi Uh there was no thermostat to rise up temperature. I was able to access to use cooling only, I found it was cold during night time as temperature drops Otherwise I had great experience at the Gracery hotel"

"Check in was smooth and fast. Front desk was nice and professional. I must be getting old because I could hardly hear the girl talk. Anyways, room was nice and clean - had a washer (no dryer but that’s what the drying rack and balcony are there for), stove top, oven (but no microwave), large fridge and freezer (nice) and even a air dresser (to keep your clothes fresh). Had breakfast there daily - good mix of Korean and western - service was good as well. "

"Hotel was in a good area, near train station and near many restaurants. It is quiet at night and walkable distance to Namdaemun Market and Myeongdong area. Hotel room was quite big and washroom was a good size. There is also a gym and swimming pool. "

"I had a really great stay at Hotel Naru Seoul MGallery Collection. It is a beautiful five star hotel with a very high standard overall. I stayed on the 19th floor and the view towards the river was stunning. The sunsets were incredible and the city looked just as beautiful at night. The room was spacious with plenty of storage, including two wardrobes and drawers, which made it easy to fully unpack. The staff were very helpful and most spoke very good English, which is important for me as I do not speak Korean well. Room service was also very good, I tried both breakfast and dinner and everything was enjoyable. There are just a few small areas for improvement. The round bath, while visually interesting, was not very practical or comfortable to use. Despite having a coffee machine, there were no coffee capsules or cups provided, which felt like an oversight. The minibar could also offer a bit more variety, especially when it comes to zero sugar options, and a better selection of snacks. I also missed some of the small thoughtful extras I have seen in other hotels, such as skincare items or similar touches. Overall, these are minor points and I would definitely stay here again."

"Gorgeous hotel with excellent service and care from entire staff-from front desk, concierge, room attendants and valet out front. Variety of in-house and independent restaurants, spa and stores onsite which made it super convenient! Bakery downstairs in the basement is not to be missed for pastries and coffee. We went every day for sweet and savories, every thing we had was amazing! Highly recommend and will return again :)"

"The ambience the only thing I have to say is that our room was not cleaned very well. It always seems like the floor was dirty. Other than that the place is beautiful. It’s a great food great location and I would recommend it."

"I was staying 17 days in this trip. Very friendly front desk, right next to Yongsan station, Bus stop. There are many restaurants nearby. Everything was satisfied. I like to come back here when visit Seoul again!! Thank you"
