1 Night Near Seoul Station

We stayed for 1 night. The guesthouse was a bit tricky to find, but a nice man saw we looked lost and showed us the way. The room was clean and comfortable enough for the 1 night. It was quite hot and humid, and there was not a way to turn on the A/C as it was early March, so they would not give us the A/C remote. We ended up opening the windows and that seemed to work fine. The location was convenient as it's just across from Seoul Station.

Excellent location. Erik was very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable bed, and it's in a quiet location. Yet, very close to the Seoul Metro main station.

Very simple but clean hotel

Clean and very close to Seoul Station, but quite simple hotel for budget travellers. Despite online information about 24hr reception it took us 30 minutes to get in touch with staff (they ignored our knocking for a while, despite seeing us through the glass door). The rooms are OK, with extremely small bathrooms (you literally shower while sitting on the toilet)! If you don’t mind no-frills accomodation and need a cheap place in Seoul then I can recommend this place.

Location was very convenient to get to from Seoul Station. Room was nice and cozy and floors were heated. Only downsides were that floor was not level throughout hotel so we had to carry luggage up a few steps. Sound insulation was sufficient but still could hear neighbors door lock sounds. Otherwise great place!

The accommodation is very centrally located near Seoul Station. It is very quiet, despite its proximity to the station. Our room was equipped with a small kitchen and a washing machine. The room was very clean and ideal for our purposes. There was a small fridge with a freezer compartment in the bedroom. The internet was fast and good. The owner was very nice and showed us and translated everything (especially how to use the washing machine). He also has the R-Cafe nearby and was always available for questions etc. The guesthouse is highly recommended for anyone who wants to start their Seoul vacation centrally. Warning do not book

Book 9 nights for family stay. Found hotel in rundown neighborhood. Conditions of room not acceptable(see photos) so tried to check out early. Was told by check in staff that I would have to speak to owner for refund of remaining stay, and owner only spoke Korean. Contacted hotels.com for assistance and received poor customer service. Hotels.com tried calling owner on my behalf, number was not working. Owner called me directly, spoke English fine, and said he would not refund because “he did nothing wrong.” It took several phone calls over hours with long distance charges to get partial refund from hotels.com. Booked another hotel last minute at inflated prices to salvage rest of vacation. Hotel.com should do better job overseeing accommodations and taking care of its customers overseas.

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral an der Seoul Station. In der Nähe sind CVs und auch ein Supermarkt. Perfekt ist auch ein Wasserspender. Ein gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis.
