"Worse motel I have ever been too. First of all they changed their name to “lakeshore hotel” when it is actually green acres motel. Already a lie, in no way does it seem like a hotel. Better to keep the old name at least you are not deceiving people. Mind you we checked in at 4:30 pm (checking in time was 3PM) and we were told our room wasn’t cleaned yet. The cleaning lady tried to get us another room but there were no room available (very weird). So she asked us to come back in 30 mins as they did not want us to watch them clean. We come back and again not sure what they actually cleaned? The bedsheet had holes everywhere, there were stains. We found garbage underneath the TV. The bathroom door would not even lock and close. The shower was non existent. It looked more like a prison room. I wouldn’t be surprised if they had bed bugs as well. There was no way for us to control the temperature of the room. It’s not like I paid $50 for this, I did pay a good amount and got the worse thing on earth. We asked to pay more to upgrade our room, however we were told that all rooms look the same. Even the chair as shown in the booking page was missing in our room. The service was so slow, every time we had to go to the receptionist. Literally in an hour or two we checked out and went to another hotel. Our money went to waste here and we would never recommend anyone to come here! "

"House was very dirty. Bed linens not changed from past guests. Dirty dishes in broken dishwasher. Nothing in the kitchen, Not even enough cutlery. Broken glass on kitchen floor. I had to wash and change all the bed sheets myself. Mattresses were gross which I had to see since I had to clean the bed linens. Very minimal towels and no bathroom supplies. VRBO staff were kind and tried their best to help but host was uncooperative and did not care. House has potential if it is cleaned properly and the kitchen gets stocked. "
