「The cottage is very clean and all necessary amenities were provided, but there are animals nesting in the attic and back wall of the house. It was difficult to sleep because of the noises they made coming and going.」

「Check-in time of 4pm is unacceptable, especially with check-out time of 10am. Paying for two nights and not receiving the full 48 hours is an issue.
