「Grey Pine Lodge was just what we needed to enjoy dinner at a nearby winery. It is exactly as described and we would consider staying again the next time we are in the area.」

Cozy and clean, we loved the room so much, we didn't want to leave! The grounds are also idyllic- at the nearby pond, we had morning coffee with a friendly cat who sauntered up to say hello.」

The charm was knowing we were staying in a 1950’s roadside motel but had been brought up to modern boutique style hotel standards. It’s proximity to Skyline Drive and the Blue Ridge Parkway was perfect. The many wineries in Shenandoah wine country are less than 15 minutes away as well as the town of Waynesboro which has plenty of local restaurants and any other popular eatery...
