Lighter reflective tape or paint needed on edge of steps for those with visual impairments and stairlift would help.」

「Don't want to write a long review so I'll hit the high notes; Branson is a tourist town and seems like most of the hotels and Inns are privately owned. I didn't see alot of chain hotels and stuff. I say that because the pics on Expedia are misleading. If you were staying in city you'd probably skip over the property due to the pics. But it's a family owned hotel, big rooms (we had a bedroom with 2 queens, and the main room with a king). It's older but well maintained, real clean, nice outside...

The lady in the office went out of her way to see that we two ladies traveling by ourselves had a nice comfortable room and helped us get the tickets we needed to the Passion Play. She was very friendly and helped us with directions. This was my second stay here, and I will stay again if I have the opportunity. 」

「Pool was closed so didn't get to use that. Staff was great. I had accidentally reserved a room for the following night. Staff was able to get us in and made the correction. It was nice having the air conditioner on and lights in the room when we got in. 」
