Negatives: Two things, I have to address. Please deep clean the couch seats. Possibly a rug doctor. They were saturated with deep stains in them possibly from guests having pets. Maybe air out the house longer when guests have dogs. Other than that no issues. It was a very pleasant experience. 」

「This was our SECOND trip back to the Sea Breeze Beach House. We really enjoyed the quite neighborhood and location (short walks to the beach and St. Andrews State Park and close driving distance to good restaurants and grocery stores).
