「Clean」

「Clean, comfortable. Wish there were two bathrooms, but a minor inconvenience, if that!」

「Great experience」

「This is a beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable home. Conveniently located for shopping without the loud hustle and bustle sounds. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. My children really enjoyed the swimming pool, as a mom I truly appreciated the security of the fence around the pool as I had a 4 and 5 year old with me. The owner was quick to respond when I messaged her, her willingness to come over if needed was also great. Absolutely loved this home and experience. We look forward to booking...

「Thank you for letting us stay at this pet-and-family home. You made our Father's Day and birthday celebration full of memories. We went to see the Wild Lantern Festival at night and then SUP-boarded on Whiskeytown Lake the next day. We came home and jumped in the cool and refreshing pool. We cooked and ate hot dogs and hamburgers on the grill. The layout of the house is wonderful! Plus, all the connecting doors to access the pool are great. My family really enjoyed staying here and we’ll...

Negatives: The washer made an extremely loud noise for the first part of the cycle. The A/C was not turned on until an hour before check in so the...

「First review ever here. Had a great first time experience booking thru Vrbo. Our Host was excellent with communications and responses to my questions. The property is in a great area for getting around the Redding area and located near at least three excellent restaurants. The house was very roomy for 5 and with additional local family stopping by, still comfortable for games, etc..Would be happy to stay at Emerald House again!」

「Nice air con, especially for the Chico heat. In regard to the room, bed, and on suite bath, we were not disappointed in any way. 」
