I couldn’t help to be grossed out by a dried booger below the wall of the vanity mirror. This is definitely not a 4 stars accommodation. The comforters were disgusting yellow and dirty. I was glad the shop downstairs sold disposable bedsheets. There were roaches in the dining area when we had our breakfast on the first day. The staff were nice and accommodating. I can’t believe Expedia allow this place to be categorized as 4 stars hotel. Do better Expedia. All the good reviews are fake and were exchange with free vpn. "

Although it is a non-smoking hotel, cigarette smoke can be smelled regularly. If you aren't providing refrigerators in the rooms, you could provide ice on each floor.
