「We had a great experience with Dawson Inn. The room was exceptionally clean and smelled fresh. The Manager, Lisa, was very friendly. There is a gas station and small store next to the hotel where we purchased made-to-order sandwiches and water on our way to the New River Gorge National Park. The hotel is 15 min away from the Sandstone Falls Visitor's Center. The price is right and a gem for those visiting the area or just passing through.」

「The breakfast was terrible, very little variety. The light by my bed didn't work, needed a bulb. Very little counter space in the bathroom. The sink was missing a stopper.」

「We had no problems staying at BW. The staff is super friendly & the breakfast lady worked continuously. My only observation, not a complaint, is that the bathroom was quite outdated. 」

「The bed was nothing but springs. My daughter and I both woke up with our bodies sore. The shower curtain wouldn’t stay up by the shower head so the bathroom floor was flooded when I got out. I used all the towels to dry that up and asked the blonde lady at the front desk if we could have towels. She said she would have them bring me some… my daughter and I were out all day came back to the same wet towels. Was suppose to stay all weekend but left Saturday evening once we got back.」
