For the money this place was worth the one night stay to get some rest. The place was very quiet and I everything worked, water was super hot. Just note that the property picture does not look like the entrance to to extended stay building...picture on Expedia is the "extended home" building and that was a little confusing.

Parking was good, a few restaurants close enough to walk to. Room was clean-ish (some stones on the rug). King bed was much too soft (saggy) for our liking but we only stayed 1 night.

It was terrible. Dirty used qtips by the dresser. The shower was so clogged it was like taking a bath while showering. Not to mention hair on the floor and sticky floors. Even though we just needed a room for the night, never again…disgusting!

If you're looking for somewhere to sleep for the night and aren't too picky this is actually a five-star just on basics it was clean it was safe it was comfortable but if you're picky you need to go to one of the more high-end hotels but the price is right so you get what you pay for and I feel that I got a great deal for what I paid all I needed to do was sleep parking was good it was safe everything that you need is within 5 minutes drive or walking distance so this is like my probably ninth stay here the other places are cool too but this was always the best price well cheapest price

It exceeded expectations. It was very clean and comfortable. It is an older building...but it its well maintained. Because its an extended stay...their is no turn over service and if u need more shampoo or soap ypu have to provide your own (thats normal with extended stays though). The staff was friendly and the room was spic and span. They even have a little walk up window where they sell necessities that people may have forgot to bring. They have a drink machine and snack machine. I really have no complaints. Their parking lot is kinda tight though. But its manageable. The location is good too really close to taco bell and outback!

This facility was hard to find. The sign from the road was Smart Extended Stay - or something like that, but in front of the building are a bunch of U-hauls available for rent, so you can't really see the faciltity from the road. Don't go down the road to the back - the office is in the front building. Park in the front. The front desk person was very nice. Check in and out was easy. The room was fine, nothing to complain about. The room must have originally been 2 double beds (or queens) because there were 2 headboards attached to the wall. The only reason why I mention it is that the bedside lights and outlets were configured to be between the 2 beds. Since we had a King bed, the bedside lights and outlets were only available on one side of the bed. Not a bid deal unless you like to check your phone for the time during the night. There are a lot of restaurants in the area - a little hard for walking since the road it's on is busy. But all within a 10 minute drive. Pasquale's, an Italian restauant was very good and reasonably priced. Tamarack Maarketplace is in Beckley and is always a nice stop for about 30 minutes to check out the latest local artisan merchandise. They also have a small restauant there which is a good lunch spot. They're open until 7 pm. The New River Gorge is also nearby if you'd like a hike or just to check out the bridge. We missed Bridge Day by 2 days - It's a one-day festival on the 3rd Saturday of Oct. Lots of booths and parachuting off the bridge.

The check in was great. After we found the place. The floors were very dirty. They look as though they had never cleaned. My white socks were brown only after a few hours. There was no maid service. Even leaving the request for maid service. The place was hard to find. There was very little hot water. Not enough to take a shower, for one person much less two people. No clean towels. They had homeless people hanging around.
