"The Inn at Apple Valley exceeded all of our needs. Our room ample room for my family. I appreciated the living room area and the kitchenette. The lobby had free coffee and apple cider plus a checker board set up. Very cozy and roomy. There was also an outdoor area which we used and enjoyed. The fire pit area and the outdoor tv area were pleasant surprises and such a nice touch!! My grandchildren especially enjoyed the indoor pool and spa!! I would recommend The Inn at Apple Valley!"

"View was great, it was a little cold when we went but the indoor waterpark was still amazing and warm! The kids even loved the outside water park on the days we could go out! Highly recommend "

"Staff was rude"

"Unfortunately the room didn’t have soap and wasn’t very clean. Upon our departure we discovered a large sum of cash missing from our safe in the room. Understandably the hotel cannot accuse a worker, although the did check the card swipes and cameras which found only one person entered besides us. I was just shocked the hotel didn’t offer anything, not a discount or a credit for upcoming stay, nothing. Will be the last time I stay there. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at this home as it was perfect for our family!The layout gave everyone privacy, the beds were comfortable, and the kids lived in the indoor pool (perfect for our March trip!). The bowling alley and fire pit were such fun bonuses too.We loved being close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but far enough away to avoid the crowds. And the quick access to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park was a huge highlight for us!Michele, the property manager, was so responsive and helpful.Highly recommend for a fun, relaxing family getaway!"
