We enjoyed our stay. Although there was trash outside the property. This kinda can't be helped as it's bear country. But inside the house was lovely and homey feeling. Kitchen plates and cooking pots and pans were a little old and worn. But we enjoyed having family meals when not exploring gstlinburg.

The cabin was very out dated and needed numerous up dates. Ceiling fans didn’t work, AC sounded like a loud car running and the upstairs shower leaks through to the first floor bathroom.

The pictures do not give an accurate description of the property. There is trash all outside. The house is run down and needs updating. The furniture is terrible. It does not appear like it has a cleaning in a long time. The location is not terrible, but houses are close by. I would not recommend this house.

Most of the house was very clean, however the cleaning crew miss the game room completely, trash all over the furniture and floor. The fan in the upstairs bedroom would not come on. The living room sofa had a bite taken out of it. No Wi-Fi, I wasn’t able to check out until I got home. The hot tub was great. Actually had a bear visit the kitchen window. I would consider staying again if I can figure out the Wi-Fi issue. Thanks

Great location but the cabin is run down. Furniture is ripped and stained, rug was stained, some lights did not work, ceiling fan did not work and only a few burners on the stove worked. The king bed was put together with a queen frame, two twin box springs and a king mattress. Lots of things needed fixing on the outside as well. Hot tub turned our clothes different colors. Game room was locked with a different code and no ball for the fooseball table. No pieces to several board games.

It is in an area that is very hard to access. The road is very steep and narrow. There was dried up dog feces in the middle of the living room when we arrived. Hot tub was disgustingly filthy. Oven was broken. Kitchen utensils were almost non-existent. The slab where you park your vehicles was cracked and broken in several places. When you walked on it, it would actually move. The entry door did not close due to the settling of the foundation. Luckily Vacasa relocated us to another property the next day which was wonderful.

The cabin was clean and comfortable, but we were a little disappointed in the location of the hot tub. When looking at the pictures we thought it was on a porch or balcony, when in reality it was under the carport out the front door. That was not appealing to us and we ended up not using it. We also were a little inconvenienced when we tried to use the washer and dryer, but found the door to be locked. Management did respond quickly and offered to come open it for us so that was nice. The last thing that was an irritation was that there was no hair dryer available. Every Home Away home we've stayed in has provided one and I was surprised that this inexpensive amenity was not provided. Overall it was a nice cabin to stay in despite the above issues.

The property is nasty. Garbage all over the outside. Not to mention garbage left inside from previous tenants. Also, dirty linens from last guests were left in the corner. TV didn't work. Nobody would respond back to texts sent for assistance. Finally found out 4 days later the DISH bill had not been paid. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had on a vacation. Pictures are very misleading. There are no blankets on the beds. Only sheets. The garage door is broken. Raised about 3 feet with mattresses stuffed behind it. The door from the outside to the basement is closed with a STRING. No door knob. I could go on and on. It was ridiculous!

There was lots of black mold under both bathroom sinks but downstairs was the worst (we left yesterday and I now have bronchitis due to a severe mold allergy) the "game room" hadn't been touched since last tenant because there was popcorn and fake press on nails on floor in plain view. A light socket was busted, the ceiling fan in big upstairs bedroom didn't work nor did the lights, the shower had dirty foot prints in it so it hadn't been cleaned, there was small animal feces (dog or cat not woodland) on porch where last tenant had put their animal out there. The door to the closed in porch (like a mud room) that you enter to get into cabin was ripped off and laying flat on the concrete next to the hot tub (it was glass so that's a danger) the couches, and chair were heavily stained and stiff from things being "spilled" on them, and the bed sheets had to be rewashed by us before we could sleep in them because there was a very strong wet dog smell on blankets and sheets. $500 for two nights were not worth all this trouble.

When we arrived the cabin looked very run down outside. Walked inside it looked great and seemed to be clean. The bathroom downstairs had water on the commode lid and on the floor around it. The commode upstairs directly above it when using it was unstable and wobbly. Water leaked around it so we kept a towel on the floor to keep it dry. Later we found that was where the water was coming from in the lower bathroom down through the ceiling. A lady had to come out and clean the hot tub before we could use it. Found one roach in the bathroom. The fireplace wouldn’t work and the tv in the game room. The beds were probably the hardest we ever slept on. Other than that we had a great time because we spent most of our stay in pigeon forge at shows and shopping. The repairman did come out the last day and partially repair commode so it didn’t leak through ceiling and got the fireplace to work. Sad tho because they had problems with commode before he said. That’s why we wouldn’t stay there again. Sorry to write a poor review, but it’s just the facts. It would have been fine otherwise. Maybe this will help them to fix problems and keep a better check on it for future vacationers.

Well, where do I start. Pictures are not like the website! There is the same furniture but not like the pictures. Cleanliness was one star at best. Old floors, nasty area rugs which covered up the floors, or tried too. the furniture looked like it was purchased at a second or third hand store. Different types of furniture, dining tables and chairs were different, rips in the living room furniture along with the numerous stains on the furniture (who knows what the stains were), missing blind and the blinds that was there was really dusty. Picture show quilts on the beds but there is only sheets, no blankets for the beds. We had to ask for them. Laundry room was where they stored the extra accessories for the home. Christmas decorations along the home inside and outside. Location had a game room (closed in garage) with a foosball table but you play because some of the handle were broken and left on the table. Exterior was very dated and unclean. really wanted to get into the spa but didn't because of what I had already seen and ended up not getting into period. Old door thrown on the ground in the corner of the shelter where the spa was. Broken gate that led to the next piece of property next door. They charge you a cleaning fee but YOU have to start a load of bath towels in the washer and if there is any dishes that are dirty you have to start that for them as well. So, after doing all of that I just went ahead and took out the trash to make it a trifecta. We took pictures of all of this but there is nowhere to put them on here for proof. Everything was just outdated and needed to be refreshed. When I go on vacation and pay a lot of money to go somewhere I want it to be an improvement than my house that I left to go on vacation. Will NOT use this location again when we go and stay at Pigeon Forge.

The cabin was nice, could use a few updates. Pulling out onto the main road from this drive is very dangerous. The cabin could have used a good cleaning, there were beer cans left outside and peanut shells in the game room on the floor.

It was a nice cabin, clean and stocked with everything we needed(except oven mitts and tongs for the kitchen) The hot tub was clean and worked great as well. We got the lock code for the front door before we arrived but had to call and ask for the game room lock code it was not provided to us. The place needs some updating, ripped couch, old tv in master bedroom, there is no Wi-Fi but our service wasn’t bad there so we could still use phones. Overall For a pet friendly cabin it was perfect for us. Unfortunately we did not see any bears. We were looking forward to seeing some.

The cabin has potential for an investor although has been quite noticeably neglected! The furniture throughout the cabin is deplorable; the cabin is RUN DOWN and needs much repair. The kitchen stove is "worn out" looking and burners are crooked, and 1 does not work. The kitchen table is worn and very few kitchen cooking items in the cabin. Dirty mop in corner The bedrooms were dirty, windows can not open. "Game room" deplorable, dirty, ceiling has holes. Beds are worn, ugly, deplorable. Bathroom in poor repair and dirty. NOT A GOOD/COMFORTABLE PLACE TO STAY.

I rented this cabin for a Mother’s day trip with my Mom. She’s battling pancreatic cancer. My Dad passed away in December and was buried in Pigeon Forge. Our trip was to check in with the funeral home about his head stone as well as a little R&R for my Mom before continuing chemo the following week. The cabin was not clean. There was a dead RAT under the kitchen sink and rat crap in all the kitchen drawers and bottom stove drawer. There’s was trash left out by the hot tub and a broken storm door left on the ground also. I took pictures and tried to call for one whole day of our trip before finally being moved to another cabin. Either the owners are not aware that the cabin is in such horrible shape or the management company isn’t doing its job. My brother works for the management company’s competition and their company pays someone to go behind the cleaning staff to double check for cleanliness. It would be a good idea for this cabin’s owners/management property to do that. I’ve rented cabins in the Smokies for over 20 years. This is the first time I’ve ever had an issue and it was a biggie!!! I will say, we were finally moved to another cabin after wasting the whole first day of our trip trying to get someone on the phone to help us. The second cabin was very nice, clean and comfortable, with no sign of dead rodents or poop. My Mom was comfortable at the second cabin and enjoyed the stay, so that’s what I wanted.

The road this cabin sits on is less a road and more of a narrow driveway. I would recommend coming back to your cabin before dark. It could be hard at night.

This cabin is tucked in the woods, high in the mountain with beautiful views off the deck. It is quiet, you feel isolated, but other properties are near. The bonus game room is a attached to the house but outside entrance. Keeping the noise in the game room : ).

The house was dirty..cabinets were so sticky some were hard to open.. dead mouse under sink.. he'd been there for a while very decomposed.. mouse feces under kitchen sink.. down cable line for the entire stay... beds are worn.. old tvs and limited channels
