Hilton London Paddington

Hilton London Paddington

10/10 Excellent
"This is definitely the best room for Paddington station. SO convenient directly at the station entrance. Comfy clean room and great staff. The AC was struggling a bit with the heat wave and never got fully cool but it was better than nothing. They have the slowest most silent elevators I’ve ever seen in my life to the point where it’s awkward listening to everyone breathe. If they could speed it up or at least add some music that would help! Would also love a place to hang our towels other than directly over the toilet. Otherwise perfect hotel."

"Our family of five recently spent a week in London at the Hilton London Metropole. We had a fabulous time! Amir helpfully emailed with us before our trip. Omar was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, The breakfast was delicious and well worth the extra money! Vasimin oversaw each morning's delicious breakfast and was friendly and kind every day! This hotel is conveniently located near bus stops and tube stations making travel about the city easy. Our family of 5 including 3 teenagers had plenty of room in the Family Room. "Staff are really friendly and helpful. It was no problem to leave my suitcase and pick it up later. Room was basic - as advertised - but excellent for the price. Had a balcony overlooking Sussex Gardens street. The bathrooms are shared, and quite small, but clean, new and fully functional. I will stay here again."
