"This was an amazing hotel, excellent in nearly every way. Room was petite but not too small, beautifully presented. Varied choice of restaurants to eat but I had room service and the meal one of the best I have had. The staff were very efficient and the check in was a smoothed process. They allowed me to leave my bag and collect later as I was there on business. My only suggestion, not criticism is that the staff maybe smile more, they just felt a little cold. "
