「There is no front desk. So before arrival I got text about my cabin name and key code. But there is no map. There are about 60 cabins scattered in the wood. I can’t find my cabin. I called the customer service. They said they were going to send me a map. Never got it. At the end, with the help of another guest, I found my cabin. On the second day, toilet water tank ran out of water.」

「1st, was placed next to a bunch of construction groups (noisy), 2nd: TV was broke, 3rd: no glasses to even get a drink of water, 4th: toilet wouldn't flush right, 5th: ABSOLUTLY NOTHING FOR BREAKFAST, no coffee, no rolls, and no staff to be found at 7am, this was a train wreck........................................... 」

「The bigger water slides kids had to be 48 inches or taller. Food was very expensive in the resort and took hours to get due to needing kitchen help. A few minor things broken in the room and doors need new key card readers. Staff was very nice and friendly but seemed stressed and over worked needing a well deserved break. over all very clean and we had a great stay 」
