Das Zimmer war wie gewohnt sehr sauber, schön ausgestattet und insgesamt sehr gepflegt. Man merkt einfach, dass hier auf Qualität und Details geachtet wird. "Easy walk from the parking garage we used to the hotel, I wished the hotel had more parking though. With that said the parking garage we used was nice. Room was clean, but missed things like Kleenex. The hallway carpet has some stains so I was worried the room would be dirty, but was pleasantly surprised. It was easy to walk to shopping and dining areas."

"The hotel is conveniently located one block away from the Eberhardshof subway station. The building appeared new, was clean and well maintained. We had a minor issue with a hair dryer but the staff was very accommodating and provided a workable solution. The included breakfast at the hotel was outstanding. For lunch and dinner there are several casual and take-out restaurants in the area. We had dinners at Meals of Inspiration (MOI), a Thai restaurant, and at Suryana Imbiss, which serves middle eastern food. The staff at both restaurants were very helpful and did there best to accomodate our english language requests."
