Every December the botanical gardens are transformed into a light display that is amazing. Light flowers, plants, butterflies, you name it... it's all made of christmas lights!! it's D'light-ful!!! #localgem #colorful
The peacocks make an appearance at Garden d'Lights every year, so I'm not certain whether they are crafted anew each year, or just placed in storage. Either way, they are one of my favorite displays.

The show runs now through the end of the year, 5-10pm nightly. Get your $5 tickets ahead of time at http://www.gardendlights.org/.
Alligator arrangement from Garden d'Lights. A number of critters are "hidden" among the flowers - great fun for the kiddies to hunt them out.

Show runs now through the end of the year, 5-10pm nightly. Get your $5 tickets ahead of time at http://www.gardendlights.org/.
The flower garden at Garden d'Lights. Each flower is hand crafted from standard holiday lights by volunteers each fall.

The show runs now through the end of the year, 5-10pm nightly. Get your $5 tickets ahead of time at http://www.gardendlights.org/.
Wisteria Lane at the Garden d'Light show. Honestly, it looks better in person - a static picture just doesn't do it justice.

The show runs now through the end of the year, 5-10pm nightly. Get your $5 tickets ahead of time at http://www.gardendlights.org/.
