「a new and clean hotel」

「Unfortunately, the air condition unit vibrated very loud and it was difficult to stay asleep. After showing video to the front desk, they were very surprised and said they would send maintenance while I was out. That never happened.」

Surprisingly, she yelled to me, "You scared me!" with a quite angry and unpleasant face and gesture. I was in fact surprised that she got angry, since what I said is just "Excuse me" quietly and politely. So, I said, "YOU scared me." Then, she...

「Room came equipped with useful utensils; pots and dishes of the sort. Great experience overall.」

「This was sadly an unpleasant experience! If you’re looking to enjoy room service you won’t be able to they said there’s only one person working you can order walk a pick it up yourself! The smell when you walk in is horrendous is smells like sewage! Our bathroom door wouldn’t shut! They were kind enough to move us to another room! It’s dated with marks on the walls and towels dingy with holes in them torn absolutely unacceptable!」

「Hotel was conveniently located to the shops at Fountain Hills. Busy street. Room had a slightly musty smell but was clean. Breakfast was offered (coffee, pastries), but was not extensive. Overall, excellent value for the price paid.」
