「この地方の中心の街フォートウィリアムの南３５km４０分ポートアッピンの漁村にあるホテル客室は１６部屋のみ、ほとんどがシャワーのみ。３泊の内２回夕食をとったが近辺で獲れた魚介類の料理は最高で連日満席で近郊からも多数が訪れる人気レストラン、３コースで１人３５ポンド位」

「レンタカーで向かったのですが、ナビ通りに行こうとしたら道がありません。何と最後はフェリーで移動します。片道５分程度で７ポンド弱。渡った目の前にあります。その辺りにはホテルだけで、あとは民家が点々と。 犬と赤子連れで行ったのですが、とても親切にしてもらいました。パブの食事も美味しかったです。 娘が大きくなったらまた訪ねてみたいです。」

「The Hotel is great. There are only stairs. The vieuw on the Loch is fantastic. The staff are very nice and helpfull. You can have breakfast and dinner. 」

「Very nice property. Beds were nice. Hosts had milk and coffee pods which was very nice. We stayed here to access Oban and the ferry to the Isle of Mull. We ate at the Taynuilt Inn the first night which was very good and close. They have done a nice job in this renovation. Bathroom was wellDone with a nice shower. 」

「Travelled from Aviemore to western highlands as part of a loop back to Edinburgh. Spent two nights at Lonan Home. It was perfect! Seriously stay here. Good space. Living room, bedroom, small kitchen. Fireplace at night. Awesome spot. 」
