"Staff"

"Room was clean and comfortable. The (bath) water only went up to a certain temperature, which was fine, but would have been nice to have a hotter bath. Did not provide slippers or bath robe, which presumed standard at a Hilton, but perhaps not at the airport location. Staff were polite. Would recommend for any travellers stuck at the airport overnight, as it felt safe and is very conveniently located at the airport - 5 minute walk from the hotel to my check in desk"

"We stayed years ago prior to renovation. Beautiful hotel, wonderful attention to detail preserving the old while totally updating. Staff was so accommodating that if asked a question they would provide not only directions but hours, etc. Best breakfast ever, eggs, sausages, various bread & rolls, sweets, cheeses, even English, and vegan offerings. Table service upscale with waiters for every whim. Room maintained spotless with complimentary bottles of water replaced everyday. Lovely bar area with roaring fire going and soft music in the background, available for both food & drinks."

"Fantastic room and great amenities in it,,,was spotless and had plenty of everything and, u could ask for anything u needed,,,,breakfast is absolutely delicious and has huge choice,,,this was our second stay at the Pullman and it certainly won’t be our last,,,we can’t wait to return 😊"
