"The breakfast was great and the room was clean. I was considered “vip” due to Expedia status so I received 20 percent off food and wine and a free drink. It would’ve been nice to be told that this actually does not count for the breakfast and that the free drink must be wine or beer. Not a big deal but it would’ve been nice to hear it before getting breakfast and ordering a mojito and being told no twice in a row. Otherwise lovely hotel and would return in an instant. Loved the bathroom in my room"

"Revisiting Berlin next year and will definitely consider booking again. Friendly staff, decent size room. Comfy beds. Good location. Only negatives were that the TV had no remote so we couldn't watch TV (fed that back to staff), and we couldn't get the coffee machine to work. Otherwise, a lovely, clean, friendly and modern hotel."

"Always had a warm welcome when passing reception and the staff were happy to help. Good breakfast selection but maybe a little over priced. Rooms were spacious and clean. "

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel to the banhof was ideal. Rooms were up to date with features like USB ports, bluetooth, and cast/stream from your phone to TV. Breakfast was great, there was something for everyone and there is 24/7 snack or coffee service in the lobby. If you are like me and need a cup of coffee before you're dressed, I would recommend bringing your own travel size coffee maker or French press and coffee as it was truly the only thing in the room that I have come to expect but didn't have. "
