I had an incredible stay at the Ritz-Carlton in Berlin and the highlight of my trip. The staff are the best I’ve come across, incredible attention to detail, highly intelligent and intuitive. Special thanks to Domenico who was incredibly kind to all guests and you can tell how passionate he is about being hospitable and making everyone’s stay a wonderful experience. Many thanks also to Mandeep for their attentiveness without being claustrophobic. I mentioned in passing that I had a slight headache, and one of the staff got me special gadget that releases tension and improves sleep. Right to the doormen, smiles and care all around. Excellent team.

As you would expect from The Ritz everything was excellent, but it was the small details that really impressed me. Like the bags I left with them before check in, were already taken to my room when I did check in. The cool scented towels in the gym and the speed of the in room dining was very impressive.

Where do I begin? The Rome Cavalieri Waldorf Astoria provided the most perfect and memorable backdrop for my birthday celebration. From the moment we arrived, the staff's warmth and attention to detail made us feel incredibly valued. They truly made my birthday feel magical. The hotel itself is breathtaking, and we are so grateful for the wonderful accommodation that made our stay so special. This will be a cherished memory for my husband and me for years to come.
