"A lovely stay. The room was compact but had everything we needed and the bed was soooooo comfortable! Plenty of tea and coffee too. Think parking could be a bit tricky at certain times of the day. We were quite lucky getting a space outside. "

"I stayed 3 nights at Rose Dene, I enjoyed in there and food. Location is good. 10-15 minutes walk to town centre or beach. "

"Lovely and tidy ...although suits more for elder couples ...didn't get to see any staff members....small issue with hot water...didn't have any hot water for a whole day which was bit of a let down but overall a pleasant stay ."
