Nuestra estadía en Family Select at Grand Palladium Bávaro fue excelente de principio a fin. Lo que más destacó fue la calidad humana y el compromiso del personal por brindar una experiencia memorable. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Raúl, Ramón y Lilliam por su amabilidad, profesionalismo y atención durante toda nuestra estancia. Siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa y a asegurarse de que cada detalle estuviera cubierto. Family Select realmente ofrece un nivel de servicio superior. La atención personalizada, la hospitalidad y el ambiente familiar hacen que uno se sienta especial desde el primer día. Cada interacción con el personal reflejó un genuino interés por hacer de nuestras vacaciones una experiencia inolvidable. Recomendamos ampliamente Family Select a quienes buscan comodidad, excelente servicio y unas vacaciones relajantes en Punta Cana. Sin duda regresaremos.

Property was great. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. I read other reviews about the smell in the rooms but once we were in and had the AC running it went away. This is something you have to expect in this climate. Definitely will stay again and next time we will upgrade to Elite Club with the soak pool.
