"What a great experience we had at the Ocean Club. We loved the location, cleanliness and amenities. We had so much playing Bingo poolside each day. The beach was clean and not crowded, which is difficult to find during spring break."

"Very spacious room, gave us everything we would need. The location of the property is perfect for all activities, restaurants, and entertainment, as they're all walkable. Excellent beach. Rooms were clean."

"I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my stay at “Happy Days” was a nightmare. The host, who lives on the property, was extremely rude and invasive from day one. She sent a long message accusing my children (13-year-old twins and a 9-year-old) of making a mess in the pool and cutting her flowers — completely false. The pool already had leaves and toys in it when we arrived. Later that day, she approached my daughter, touched her head, and accused her directly. Totally inappropriate and...

"Room was fine. The food needs a total overhaul. The buffet was uninspiring, cold items, not much variety. The four restaurants seem to be “filled” every night and no reservations were left but when you walked my there were so many empty tables. Why? The pool is small and can never get a chair. People leave towels on the chairs and don’t use them until early afternoon. This is unacceptable. Lounges for the beach need to be replaced, many are broken and they just aren’t comfortable. "
"Our stay was not the best experience. There is no available seats at the pool or beach, people ‘claim’ them at 6:00 am and do not return for 6 hours or more. Leaving anyone getting up after 6:00 am out of luck to enjoy beach or pool. Our room had a severe leak and was musty smelling. Do not go for the all inclusive unless day drinking is your jam. The divi dutch village is on the worst stretch of beach but you can get a chair so sharing in that resorts amenities was not great. The food is just okay we ate out most nights off the resort. We ended up at eagle beach most days paying 40$ for chairs and umbrella but we could at least enjoy the beach without getting burned to a crisp. The resort staff does nothing to prevent claim staking. There is no nightlife included in the all inclusive and our experience at a sister resort was not great. The process for paying for drinks was not explained and trying to do so brings suspicion. I finally got a gift card to pay for the drinks at the front desk but the bartender was not thrilled with me as an outsider and literally threw my drink at me. It ended up 1/2 on me and 1/2 on the floor. I am sure it was not his intention to do that but he made it quite clear he was not happy to serve me. At the end of the day it was all first world problems but Divi is not on my list for future visits. "
"We love the Radisson Blu in Aruba. This was our second stay there. We were on the 11th floor with a direct view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets. This hotel is one row back from the water so it’s in close proximity to the beach, restaurants, nightlife and shopping, but is a little less noisy. Our pool area was amazing, beautifully landscaped and has a tiki bar with yummy drinks and a happy hour. We rented a car from the airport at Sunset car rentals which was very easy. We also grocery shopped on our way to the hotel at the Super Food plaza, which was on the way, to buy essentials, snack foods, breakfast items, and beer and wine. There was a large refrigerator, a microwave, coffee maker, and tea kettle in our room. The staff at the Radisson Blu are so friendly and attentive. Everyone was very helpful.
The only reason that I didn’t give the Radisson Blu five stars this time was because our shower was not working properly. The shower head leaked and we had poor pressure, but they started working on the problem as soon as we reported it.
We will definitely go back to Radisson Blu."
Hotel Riu Palace Antillas - Adults Only - All Inclusive
2/10 Terrible
"Upon arrival at the Riu, we quickly realized something was off. Our first room had clearly not been cleaned properly—dirty floors and stains on the bedding were immediately noticeable. To their credit, the staff moved us to another room quickly, but unfortunately that room also wasn’t clean.
We were then moved to a third room, which at least had the room type and view we had expected from the start. However, it still was not properly cleaned and even had hair in the shower drain. At that point we elected to just settle in rather than continue moving rooms.
The hallways and common areas appear very worn and poorly maintained. Carpet tiles are peeling up, elevator surrounds are coming off the walls, and stains are visible in many places. There was also a strong, unpleasant smell in the hallways throughout our stay that gave the impression there may be a larger moisture or mold issue in the building.
We also had ongoing issues with our room keys. They rarely worked properly, often requiring 10 or more swipes or a trip back to the front desk to have them reprogrammed.
The staff often seemed frustrated or disengaged. To be fair, it felt like they were dealing with a constant stream of guest complaints, which likely makes their jobs difficult.
Overall, the property appears to be struggling with basic housekeeping and maintenance, which made the stay disappointing"
"Traveled to Divi Aruba All Inclusive last week of February 2026 with my spouse. We have made 7or 8 prior visits but none within last 4yrs.
Pros: Weather mid 80’s, ocean was clean and calm, staff are generally friendly and attentive to the duties. Garden view room was clean, comfortable and a short distance to beach.
Cons: Restaurants on site are lacking and have limited menus with the chef’s take on preparation. Asian, Mexican and Italian restaurant meals contain non traditional ingredients so ask before ordering. The Mediterranean restaurant we passed on but it offered no hummus dish. Buffet is reduced to one resort for dinner so can be crowded but has many options including hummus.
The beach is hit or miss on available chairs and palapas for shade. Aruba’s law allows anyone to use a palapa located on the beach, not just paying resort guests. However many of the people also feel free to use the resort restrooms, beach rinse stations, Wi-Fi and garbage receptacles. Lots of bottled beverages consumed on beach also. Disappointed resort security did not try addressing issues but instead stayed completely shaded while also enjoying the wi-fi playing on their phones."
