「ルツェルンの中心部からレンタカーで数分のところにあります。バス停も近くにあったので、重いスーツケースを持っていない方であればレンタカーがなくても候補になりそうです。ホテルからの景色はとても美しく、ルツェルン湖越しに山々が見えるので、ルツェルン市街中心部よりも美しい景観だと思います。中心部ではないので駐車場もとめやすく、ゆとりがあります。レストランも美しく、朝食も満足できるバイキングでした。これといって不満点のない優秀なホテルだと思います。」

「Nice hotel friendly staff」

「公共交通機関で行くのは不便。LuzernからのSバーンは基本1時間に1本しかなく（毎時21分着），また，LuzernへのSバーンも基本1時間に1本しかないため（毎時37分発），チェックインしてからLuzernに行く場合，1時間以上時間を潰さないといけない。 SバーンがArth-Goldauも通るので，そちら方面に行ってから，Luzernに行けば，少しは時間が効率的に使えます。 何故かアップグレードしてくれて，広く，長めの良い部屋だったので，設備には不満はないのですが…」

「ユングフラウヨッホへのアクセス利用にインターラーケン付近では高価で宿が少なかったため、こちらを二泊三日利用。 Brunnenからバスで７分のアクセス。 電車の時刻とほぼ連動しているので、べらぼうに待つようなことは無かった。 Brunnen に食品やアルコールの買えるCOOPがあり５時〜20時まdr営業中。 バス代は宿泊客だからなのか、終始無料だった。 バスの本数が２３時くらいまであり、朝は１時間に一本と少ないため、地味に制約が出る。 朝食が７時スタート、フィットネスやプール、スパは平日８時〜２２時、土曜は２０時までのため、これまたあちこち移動予定があると、朝も晩も時間が合わず、結局利用できなかった。 周囲にイタリアンレストランはあるが、スーパーやコンビニは無い。 代わりに館内に、ベイカリーを含むコンビニが8時〜２０時営業。 部屋は綺麗に掃除され、整っていた。 無料でアップグレードしてくれた。」

「An incredibly charming, and a well maintained historic hotel. Staff was really nice, and the breakfast (with that view) was something I looked forward to everyday. Also its location is ideal; it's right next to the Riggi train, the ferry stop and the bus stop. How perfect is that?! 「Absolutely stunning views from room and restaurant. I stayed in the Naturhus, and my room was a little dated, but I was there for the lovely balcony overlooking the lake. If you want a more updated room, choose one in the main building. 」
