The hotel is located close to many shopping areas, JR station. The service was great, all staff were very polite. The breakfast was so good with many varied food from Hokkaido. The taste was so good. The room was clean and had everything we needed. I recommend this hotel.

Location was great, lots of places to eat, drink, and pick up quick snacks. The staff was absolutely wonderful and helpful anytime I needed assistance.
