Friendly staff, good location. However room cleaning is not everyday. Sometimes the bathroom smells. The public bath is good. Gym only open after 1:00 pm. Easy and free parking, easy check in and out. Spacious room with big kitchen, two bathrooms and a big living room. Very near to the airport and car rental companies. It is a very good choice if you have a early flight.

Airport is new and clean. We didn't have time to explore Chitose, but this stay at Terminal hotel was very pleasant
