"The view was Incredible, all of the staff were lovely and very helpful, we went to the Spa a number of times as it was the best massage we have both ever experienced. The meals were incredible in the restaurant and the experiences booked from the tour guide on site were all perfect. I couldn't rate this stay higher and we will definitely return to this resort on our next vacation Thank you for such a perfect holiday "

"Room was nice, however constant banging thudding early morning which started at 08:00ish everyday and went on as late as 01:22 one night. Also strong smell of smoke on the corridor which would eventually be strong enough to wake you in the morning. Location and room was excellent just let down by a couple of unhelpful staff members, like not being able to book a taxi and the noise (no idea what it was) and smell of smoke on the floor which you would of thought staff would of smelt and resolved."

"The beach is not for swimming, but there are multiple pools to soak in. The food was delicious. The resort probides a free shuttle to the city centre for less expensive shopping. Bring your mosquito repellent for evening walks. Ask for fans to be put on while dining, that will also keep mosquitos away. "

"AC was excellent, staff were very helpful. Room was small but adequate, only issue was bed is long, several times my wife and I hit the low wooden end on our shin or foot. The Hotel is very authenticate 1920's beautifully furnished in the old style. Free snacks during the day were very welcome as was the rose water. Hotel is located in a safe walkable area, if a vist to old phuket is your plan you could not douch better than the On On Hotel "

"We booked this hotel very last minute as we had a terrible experience with a different hotel we initially booked. I initially booked a standard double, and then upgraded to a junior suite the second night. The first room was nothing special and the bed was very uncomfortable, but the suite was really good and confirtable. The hotel has two quite nice restaurants and the pool is also really nice "
