"I had very mixed feelings about my stay. First, I want to acknowledge that the front desk and hotel staff I interacted with were kind, professional, and genuinely tried to help whenever they could. My concerns are not with them.

"Olga at reception was incredibly helpful and charming. This is an amazing place for the money. We had a hot tub with a great view of the caldera. And the location was perfect. It was a good hike to Oia, and an easy one to Imerovigli and Fira."
